COBB COUNTY Probate Court Location: 32 Waddell Street Marietta, GA 30060 Tel: 770-528-1990     Park across the street from the courthouse on Roswell RD. Turn right when you enter the court house and walk down the hall. The Probate court license clerks office is on the right. You will need $23 cash and a $24 money order made out to the GBI. The Clerk will take your money and fingerprint after you have filled out the forms and the finger print cards. There were 3 finger print cards involved in Cobb County? Once everything is complete Go directly across the hall to the Sherrifs office. When you enter go to the elevator on your right and down 1 floor. The fingerprint is done electronically and printed on your cards. No fee was charged for the fingerprints and I was told the fee was included in the $23 to the probate Court. Once your finger prints are done your're finished. The whole process took less than half an hour. Everything is located in one place.
