Located on Highway 441 in the center of downtown Douglas Georgia. The office is in the Coffee County Courthouse, bottom floor at the end of the West wing of the building.

The Judge of the Probate Court is Sylvia Stone. The address of the office, and indeed of the whole courthouse is 101 S. Peterson, not "109" as shown on the GFODL website. They are literally right next door to the DA's office, on the same side of the same hallway.

Their office does not normally close for the lunch hour.

There are two fees involved. The first is a MONEY ORDER for $24.00 payable to "G.C.I.C.", and the second is a $20.00 fee that will be paid to the Probate Court at the time you apply.
